We support enterprise academic technologies, enterprise IT applications systems and services, networking and telecommunications, information security, data center operations, and end-user support.

Departments
IT@UC departments work together to sustain technology resources and support students, faculty, staff, visitors, and other members the University of Cincinnati community.
Business Affairs
IT@UC Business Affairs provides an array of services and assistance to our external and internal customers in the following areas: billing for technology services, procurement, vendor relations, employee travel and reimbursement, budget and finance, internal human resources, project management, and communication.
Enterprise Academic Technology
IT@UC Enterprise Academic Technology (EAT) provides the UC community with the best available technology to enhance teaching and learning. The unique experiences of our team drive the excellence of eLearning at the University of Cincinnati. With the right tools, bold ideas, and a community reimagining what teaching and learning can be, we are making the promises of Next Lives Here a reality.
Enterprise Shared Services
Enterprise Shared Services is the heartbeat of IT@UC. The behind-the-scenes networking, Data Center, and WebOps enable all of IT to work across our campus. Keeping the critical IT operational services functioning, and with current state-of-the-art technology, is paramount in moving the university into its Third Century. Our key goal is to be prepared to meet the expectations for our students, faculty and staff for access to all UC resources.

UC Office of Information Security
The Office of Information Security (OIS) collaborates with and serves the university community by enabling protection of information assets and supporting the academic and research objectives of the university, while providing key policies to ensure compliance.
