About the IT Service Portal

The IT Services Portal (uc.edu/ithelp) allows current UC students to:

  • Submit a ticket to request select IT services or report an IT incident or issue. (UC login required)
  • Search the IT@UC Knowledge Base, which offers 24/7 access to hundreds of how-to guides, FAQs, and more.
  • Set up or reset your UC password.
  • Get real-time updates on more than 15 essential IT services. You can sign up to receive automated service status notifications via email.
