About the IT Service Portal
The IT Services Portal (uc.edu/ithelp) allows current UC students to:
- Submit a ticket to request select IT services or report an IT incident or issue. (UC login required)
- Search the IT@UC Knowledge Base, which offers 24/7 access to hundreds of how-to guides, FAQs, and more.
- Set up or reset your UC password.
- Get real-time updates on more than 15 essential IT services. You can sign up to receive automated service status notifications via email.
How to Submit a Ticket
- Sign into the IT Services Portal (uc.edu/ithelp) with your username and password.
- Select the “Submit a Ticket” button below to create a request for IT assistance.
